1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and ab66 (the "Platform"). 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

General Bonus Conditions

Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Multiple accounts claiming the same promotion will be treated as bonus abuse, resulting in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure. Free spins issued as part of a promotion are subject to a maximum win cap unless stated otherwise. ab66 management decisions regarding bonus disputes are final.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with ab66 support shall be referred to binding arbitration. ab66's decision in respect of any dispute shall be final unless demonstrably unreasonable.

Players who believe a betting or gaming outcome was determined incorrectly must lodge a formal dispute with ab66 support within 72 hours of the event concluding. Disputes submitted after this period may not be accepted.

12. Amendments and Termination

ab66 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or permanently terminate any player account, or to discontinue any game, promotion, or service offering on the platform at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion. Reasons for account termination may include but are not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, or prolonged account inactivity.

Upon account termination for breach of these terms, ab66 is not obligated to return any remaining balance. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified and withdrawable balance will be returned to the player within a reasonable timeframe using the original deposit method.
